1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for physical products within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support at santebarleylocalcdo@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the following address: 2nd floor Grand Central Bldg., Pabayo-Hayes Sts, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility. If the return meets our criteria, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a refund via an alternative method.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon verification of the damage or defect.
